I am a Montanan from Gardiner and have had many generations before me grow up exploring our backyard, Yellowstone, giving insight and information all along the way. For those of us that have been blessed to be born into a rare and amazing natural landscape and community, it is easy to overlook the day to day sights and scenes that play out right in front of us. Which is why I began carrying a camera with me almost everywhere I go, photographing the world around us. Since graduating from high school, wandering around the country, and going to college, I have ultimately gravitated back to my origins with new and exciting opportunities in Gardiner, MT. I most recently have become a guide for an amazing company, Yellowstone Wolf Tracker, and have the opportunity to take individuals and groups from around the world into my "backyard" onto Yellowstone's Northern Range. The company is focused on seeing and watching wolves, which always leads to other outstanding sightings and wildlife activity even if we don't see wolves. I pack my camera into the field daily and have more opportunities than most to capture amazing scenes. I look forward to adding some of the stories of some of my images and I hope that my images captivate your senses the same way that they captivated mine when I hit the shutter.
